Place your items in the original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
